This will cover basic labor, knowledge and training to learn a skillset that will help in any construction industry. There is a shortage of trained construction workers in todays industry.
Job description:
Basic construction, flatwork, foundations, basement and machine operation in certain situations. We will teach you how to read plans, set forms and pour concrete.
It is our desire upon completion of the SkillBridge program to offer Full-time employment with a competitive wage and benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K plan, paid holidays and vacation days (Honorably discharged veterans will receive an additional paid holiday on Veteran's Day)). Leadership and Promotional opportunities are available. All branches of military are welcome (with relevant training and skillset).
