Job description:
Processes incoming annual reports from mail, email, and fax into the PAS system for future analysis. Creates, sends, and tracks mass mailings. Uses customer service skills to interact with the livestock industry and answer questions via phone and email. Using knowledge of accounting methods, procedures, and techniques processes financial documents to find discrepancies, possible financial failures, and violations, identifies changes in business operations, and determines bonding requirements. Works with other units to resolve these issues and discrepancies. Enters data into PAS system to perform data analysis along with ensuring the completeness of the information provided by the entity.
