The SAP Veterans to Work SkillBridge program is a structured, full-time pre-apprenticeship and employment skills training opportunity designed to prepare transitioning Service members for high-demand civilian careers using SAP enterprise systems. The program builds on Service members’ existing technical, operational, and leadership experience and translates those skills into civilian-recognized credentials and job readiness.Participants receive instructor-led SAP training, hands-on learning, career readiness support, and direct pathways to employment through SMLA and its national employer partner network.

The SAP Enterprise Analyst SkillBridge role prepares transitioning Service members for civilian analyst positions across multiple industries by translating military experience into SAP-enabled business, operations, and technology roles. Service members develop core analyst skills while applying them to a specialization aligned to their background, such as logistics and supply chain, IT, finance, human resources, or business operations.This position is non-deployable and designed exclusively for Service members within their final 180 days of service.Primary Duties & Responsibilities - During the SkillBridge period, the Service member will:* Analyze business processes and operational workflows using SAP enterprise systems* Review data, reports, and system outputs to support business and operational decision-making* Assist with documenting requirements, procedures, and process improvements* Support system testing, validation, and issue tracking activities* Prepare reports, process documentation, and operational summaries* Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional discussions* Apply military operational, analytical, and leadership experience to civilian enterprise environmentsDepending on background, duties may include domain-specific analysis such as:* Logistics and supply chain operations, including warehouse operations support, transportation coordination, inventory management, materials planning, and distribution process analysis* Finance and business operations, including financial systems analysis, cost and budget support, procurement processes, reporting, and operational data analysisProgram Context:Service members participate in instructor-led SAP training, hands-on learning, and structured career transition activities that support successful movement into civilian SAP-aligned roles. Duties are performed in a controlled training and professional environment as part of an approved DoD SkillBridge program.Post-Program Employment Pathway:Upon successful completion, Service members are prepared for full-time civilian roles such as SAP Enterprise Analyst, Supply Chain or Logistics Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, Financial Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or related SAP-enabled analyst positions. SMLA supports both direct hiring and placement through its national employer partner network.

- Must be within 180 days of ETS, including terminal leave- Honorable or General discharge anticipated- Battalion Commander approval (MOP)- TAP completion prior to start- One year of college or two years of relevant work/MOS experience aligned to SAP, ERP, IT, logistics, finance, or operations- Resume and training history required for admissions review
