The goal of the MISL Fellowship Program is to attract, prepares, and retain top military talent in careers in both Sales and Engineering at Cisco. The Fellowship has a combination of classroom training, on the job experience, and networking activities, all designed to provide broad exposure to careers at Cisco. The Sales pathway is ideal for Service members interested in Primary opportunities for full time employment through the Sales pathway will be as an Account Manager, Product Sales Specialist, Virtual Sales Account Manager, Virtual Sales Specialist, or Renewals Manager. Engineering pathway candidates will focus on positions as a Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, and Technical Solutions Specialist. However, MISL Fellows are eligible to interview for any position with in Cisco and our alumni have grown into roles ranging from Sales to Strategy to Mergers and Acquisitions.
