Lifetime Recovery

Established in 1963, Lifetime Recovery has served the people of the Bexar County and South Texas community for the past 58 years. Lifetime has successfully led thousands on their journey to recovery, with many alumni becoming highly productive members of society. Lifetime Recovery has developed and maintained long-standing relationships with Federal, State and County entities, Treatment Alternative to Incarceration Programs, and other agencies to obtain financial resources for treatment of the uninsured, under-insured, and medically indigent population. After experiencing tremendous growth in the clients served, Lifetime has expanded to provide services for more than 2,000 participants annually. Recent expansions include increasing outpatient co-ed clients and expanding the outpatient facility with new amenities to enhance the client's treatment experience.

Recovery Links Recovery Coach: Promotes a recovery-based approach to client care that emphasizes hope, respect, self-direction and empowerment by providing peer support, personal assistance, education on community resources and other supportive services, to aid in members' recovery from mental illness and/or addiction disorders. Recovery Care Team Member: Sets the first impression of the organization with all clients, visitors, potential donors and the community at large. Professional appearance and demeanor are essential to this job. The recovery care team must be able to drive company vehicles for business purposes. Kitchen Cook: Under the direct supervision of the Kitchen Supervisor, cooks provide assistance for all aspects of the kitchen, prepare and serve meals for clients, and ensure proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment and supplies.
