This internship is designed to help transitioning Service Members leverage their military leadership, communication, planning, and relationship-building skills in a customer-focused business environment.Internship ResponsibilitiesDuring the internship, participants will receive training and practical experience in:Reviewing and qualifying business development leads and opportunitiesSupporting customer outreach and relationship-building activitiesAssisting with scheduling meetings and site visits with prospective customersLearning how customer requirements are evaluated and translated into project solutionsAssisting with proposal development and presentation preparationSupporting project planning and coordination activitiesMaintaining customer communications through phone, email, and CRM systemsTracking opportunities, customer interactions, and project progressPreparing reports and updates for management reviewCollaborating with estimating, technical, and operations teams to support business growth initiativesDeveloping an understanding of commercial roofing systems and construction services
