Job description:
The Leadership Development & Operations Management Program provides transitioning service members with hands on training in organizational leadership, program coordination, and day to day operations within a structured civilian environment. Participants will assist in managing programs, coordinating schedules and logistics, supporting team operations, and contributing to training, education, and community based initiatives. Under the guidance of experienced leadership, participants will develop skills in communication, accountability, problem solving, and team management. This program emphasizes real world application, allowing participants to translate military experience into civilian workforce competencies while preparing for careers in operations, management, education, fitness, and program development. All participant activities are conducted as structured training under instructor supervision and are designed for skill development. Participants do not replace or perform duties of paid employees. Participants operate under direct supervision and mentorship, with increasing responsibility as competencies are demonstrated.
