Technology - Customer Success Opportunity: Responsibilities include moving clients through the customer relationship and partnership journey, connecting with clients to answering technical questions and help them solve business issues. The position requires an enthusiastic customer facing professional who will use various techniques of emails, social, and direct dialing to support client requests and ongoing sales support. We expect this candidate to be innovative in their customer sales approach as well motivated to achieve targets that will help grow Network Center, Inc’s customer base.
Job description:
• Sales focus: Learn all element of the customer cycle, from prospecting, quoting, client meetings, opportunity closing and relationship building.• Operations: Exposure to the backend of the sales process, the administrative tasks and support that goes into sales efforts including understanding and creation of bill of materials, and statements of work. • Service/Support: Working with the service/support teams to understand the attention to detail and processes necessary to support customers in all aspects of their technology needs.• Distributors: Understanding and leveraging partnerships with key distributors and leveraging them to enhance our sales and services playbooks. • Partnerships: Exposure to all NCI partners through their training platforms, giving in depth education on the products and service we sell including Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Lenovo, Microsoft and others.
Based out of Fargo, ND with limited travel in ND, MN and SD.
