Job description:
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, monitor payments, and maintain vendor relationships.Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing, track employee hours, and ensure timely wage payments.Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and P&L statements.Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately record financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).Compliance & Tax Support: Help with financial audits, tax filings, and ensuring adherence to local and federal regulations.Budget Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to track expenses and support budget planning.General Accounting Support: Work with department heads to ensure financial accuracy across brewery operations.
