Job description:
A Project Manager Assistant supports project managers in planning, coordinating, documenting, tracking, and communicating project activities. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, assisting with budgets, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with project management software and business communication.
Upon completion of the training program the trainee is not guaranteed employment. If offered a position pay rates will be discussed based on position and duty requirements. Current salary for the position range for the trainee is between 40K to 50K per year .

Experience RequirementsNo prior project management experience required.Previous administrative, customer service, office support, or clerical experience preferred.Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is beneficial.Technical SkillsBasic computer literacy and internet navigation skills.Ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and emails.Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom preferred.Professional SkillsStrong organizational and time management abilities.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.Physical and Work RequirementsAbility to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.Ability to travel to job sites. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a business environment.
