The program is an entrepreneurial internship, providing education, networking, and resourcing opportunities to establish the participant in future business endeavors with the pole industry.They will explore business, financial operations, and management within the content of an industry recognized as having fitness, sport, and performing arts components by working within a registered 501c6 trade association.The goal with this program is to provide insight into a growing industry and set future leaders up for business success after leaving the military. This program provides two main paths. It will either set up participants for success as they open their own businesses in industry. Or it will provide participants with critical knowledge so that they can better support existing businesses with necessary skills, joining those businesses as a more senior employee. This will be done through training in all aspects of business from finance to marketing, mentoring, and participating in critical meetings and events using a hybrid in person and virtual approachIdeally participants have taken the Boots to Business B2B course but it is not required.
Job description:
