A Reactor Operator at Aalo Atomics is responsible for the safe, reliable operation of our state-of-the-art Small Modular Reactor (SMR) and its supporting systems. Operators monitor reactor parameters, manipulate controls during startup, power adjustments, and shutdown, and respond to off-normal or emergency conditions in strict accordance with approved procedures. This role requires strong technical aptitude, disciplined procedure use, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a highly regulated, team-oriented environment. Previous nuclear experience and knowledge is required for this role. Reactor Operators are on the front line of advanced nuclear innovation, ensuring the safe operation of next-generation reactor technology while protecting personnel, the public, and the facility.
