Leaf Home is seeking SkillBridge participants for multiple training opportunities in Salt Lake City, UT. Available career paths may include:Installation ManagerTrain in the daily management of installation operations, including scheduling, team coordination, customer communication, quality assurance, safety, inventory, and performance tracking.Assistant Installation ManagerSupport installation leadership with scheduling, project coordination, customer service, material management, installer communication, and administrative responsibilities.Installation TechnicianReceive hands-on training in the installation of Leaf Home products while learning proper safety procedures, equipment use, quality standards, customer service, and jobsite operations.Canvassing Team LeadDevelop leadership and field marketing experience by supporting canvassing teams, conducting team training, tracking performance, motivating team members, and engaging with homeowners in the local community.Outside Sales RepresentativeTrain in customer consultation, product education, in-home presentations, relationship building, sales processes, and follow-up activities. Participants will learn how to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Leaf Home solutions.Specific training assignments will be based on the participant’s experience, interests, qualifications, and available opportunities within the local market. SkillBridge participation does not guarantee employment, but participants may be considered for available positions upon successful completion of the program.
