The Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) – SkillBridge Training Track is a development role designed to prepare participants for a full-time Senior Project Coordinator position at Frampton Construction. During the 90-day program, participants will train alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Teams to learn the operational, administrative, and coordination responsibilities required to successfully support construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.This role blends technical learning, project exposure, and professional development, with a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and execution excellence.Project Coordination & Administration- Assist with day-to-day project coordination activities- Support document control, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes- Learn FCC standards for project documentation and reporting systems (e.g., Procore)Scheduling & Planning- Support project scheduling efforts and short-term planning- Participate in project meetings and coordination sessions- Learn how schedules are developed, tracked, and updated throughout the project lifecycleFinancial & Cost Controls- Gain exposure to budgets, cost tracking, and change management- Support pay applications, purchase orders, and subcontractor documentation- Learn FCC’s approach to financial stewardship and fee protectionQuality & Closeout- Learn FCC’s quality assurance and quality control processes- Support inspections, punch list tracking, and closeout documentation- Assist with assembling final project deliverables- Safety & Risk Management- Participate in jobsite safety orientations and safety meetings- Learn FCC’s safety culture, expectations, and compliance processes- Understand risk mitigation and proactive planning on construction sites
