Explore the mapOur program would be designed to prepare transitioning mental healthcare providers for civilian sector service, particularly service members who are interested in pursuing a new career within private practice. Separating healthcare team members will have an opportunity to utilize skills honed during active-duty service, while maintaining their specialized training and passion for high-quality patient care as a SkillBridge intern. For the right candidate, this internship will lead to a fulfilling career at bareWell with full-time and part-time position available after the conclusion of SkillBridge.
Clinical Therapist position: A flexible schedule is important. Perform clinical services to patients as scheduled. Individual, Group, Family and/or Couples Therapy, Conduct Psychological and/or Neuropsychological Testing) Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to client sessions. Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics. Attendance at monthly team meetings and CEU trainings. Participate in Group Consultation Meetings. Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.). Timely and accurate completion of written records for each patient. Ability to work proactively, independently, and with a high level of organization. Team player, willing to collaborate with bareWell team. Contribute to your own and others growth and development within bareWell. Critical thinking and attention to detail with strong time management ability
