Sanford Health’s SkillBridge Military Internships are open to members of all military branches. Our internships are specially designed for those applicants who wish to enter into the healthcare system but are not sure which career pathway is right for them. Interns get the advantage of experiencing one of the nation’s largest healthcare companies from a new employee’s perspective & training throughout several departments. This rotation concept gives potential new-hires a broader opportunity to find just the “right fit” at Sanford Health. Our internships focus on ease of transition from your military to civilian career through access to career development consultants, veteran mentors, and professional networking opportunities. After the completion of the internship, and if both parties feel a good fit has been found, it is our goal to extend permanent employment with Sanford Health.
Job description:
Manage and apply resources to general Human Resources operations, guided by experience, organizational goals and operational strategies. Also responsible for the management of cyclical projects. Work on complex HR matters where analysis of issues, data and process require advanced specialist knowledge and in-depth industry and technical knowledge.
