Ardent a Member of Mission1st Group is seeking a Skillbridge Fellow to support the Technology, Research, and Innovation (TRI) Labs team as an AWS support engineer. As the AWS Engineer, you will be part of a team that serves customers experiencing issues with AWS services. Your responsibilities will be helping our team diagnose technical problems, conducting thorough research to identify solutions, and guiding users through troubleshooting steps to resolve issues efficiently.

This is a Remote/Virtual position. Responsibilities and Duties:• Conduct in-depth research and learning to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions to address them promptly.• Stay updated on the latest AWS services, features, and best practices through ongoing training, tech mentoring and self-directed learning.• Effectively help communicate technical concepts to customers with varying levels of understanding, ensuring clear and concise explanations.• Provide exceptional written and verbal communication to effectively assist customers and document solutions.• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate efforts to deliver timely resolutions.• Participate in knowledge sharing activities to contribute to the collective expertise of the support team and improve overall service quality.

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, or other field, preferred.• AWS certification, preferred.• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.• Demonstrated ability to stay updated on emerging technologies and adapt to evolving technical environments.
