Our company depends upon a consistent flow of fully qualified and intelligently scheduled leads to support our outside sales team in its effort to acquire new business. The time allocated to following up with prospects and tracking the efficiency of our marketing expense against sales results requires significant resources. Therefore, our growth objectives cannot be met without dutiful and effective partners who can help us meet the demands of this reality. This role is entry level but carries with it outsized responsibility given that our business is small and everyone needs to make a meaningful contribution.

The Lead Coordinator (LC) is a critical part of our sales & marketing organization. The primary focus of our entire marketing staff is to efficiently convert inbound customer inquiries into qualified calendared leads. All members of the marketing staff are evaluated based upon their ability to generate 8 qualified appointments for each salesperson assigned to them.
