Job description:

As a SkillBridge Intern at Systematic Business Consulting (SBC), you will gain structured, hands-on experience in professional recruiting within a remote, performance-driven environment. You will be trained to support the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, evaluation, and client submission support. You will be responsible for:- Partnering with internal team members to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications- Identifying qualified candidates using advanced search techniques across online databases, job boards, and professional networks- Writing clear and compelling outreach messages to engage passive and active candidates- Conducting structured phone interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, and role fit- Reviewing resumes and providing feedback to improve clarity, structure, and marketability- Writing detailed candidate summaries that highlight key qualifications relative to client needs- Supporting active job orders by maintaining organized candidate pipelines and timely follow-up communication- Ensuring a high standard of professionalism in all candidate and client interactions.
