Windermere Real Estate - Klamath Falls

Participant will learn the basics of the Real Estate industry and how to successfully transition from the Military into managing and running their own small business. The Participant will learn to prepare marketing and advertising materials; accompanying a principal broker during interviews with clients; assist in preparing market analyses; preparing market data for both residential and commercial sales; preparing contract binders, scheduling inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
