For the Administrative Assistant internship, the intern will have the following responsibilities: • Assist in managing schedules and coordinating meetings for team members and executives.• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and external stakeholders.• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets.• Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.• Respond to emails, providing timely assistance to inquiries.• Help with onboarding and training of new employees by preparing necessary materials.• Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes to improve efficiency.
There will be a $5,000 budget for training during the internship; there will be no out-of-pocket expenses for the intern.
