A Gel Coater performs and integral part of the boat manufacturing process. Attention to detail, workplace safety and teamwork are all key factors in this opportunity.

Applying gel coat on all parts of a boat utilizing engineering specifications. Must demonstrate the ability to use small hand tools, be able to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds, be able to complete repetitive bending, stooping, kneeling and shoulder/upper arm movements. Prior gel coating experience is preferred.
