Service Member Objectives:- Engage in meaningful and effective career skills training across one or more job families- Acquire knowledge through hands-on experience and job shadowing opportunities with UCHealth employees- Develop a deep understanding and appreciation for the UCHealth culture and how it aligns with military values- Experience full immersion in the fellowship program, accelerating transition into the civilian sector- Explore healthcare industry career pathways as viable long-term career optionsOur MissionWe improve lives.
