The Endpoint Services Specialist is responsible for the preparation, deployment, and lifecycle support of endpoint devices across client and internal environments, ensuring workstations and related endpoint technologies are configured, secured, and delivered according to NetCov standards and client requirements.
Job description:
Specific job duties include: staging, building, and provisioning endpoint devices using NetCov's standardized deployment tools and procedures; configuring devices through Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Jamf to client-specific standards; installing and configuring Windows and macOS operating systems and deploying standard and client-specific application packages according to build documentation; applying system updates, patches, and security configurations during deployment in line with client compliance requirements; conducting quality assurance checks on endpoint builds, resolving configuration issues prior to shipment, and documenting and escalating recurring issues; maintaining asset records including serial numbers, asset tags, and client allocation data and supporting inventory organization and device lifecycle documentation; preparing devices for shipment and supporting return processing and decommissioning workflows under chain-of-custody procedures; assisting Service Desk teams with endpoint-related support requests covering device builds, configuration adjustments, and deployment issues; maintaining endpoint build documentation, client configuration records, and deployment workflows; and identifying opportunities to improve deployment processes and efficiency with feedback to Technical Leads.
Training is conducted onsite at Network Coverage's Danvers, MA facility. No cost to the service member. Participants work full-time (40 hours per week) alongside the Endpoint Services team under the direct mentorship of the Endpoint Services Manager. Full-time employment may be offered upon successful completion based on performance and business need.
