Job description:
As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will consult with Ohio homeowners on roof replacement, repair, and storm restoration solutions. Responsibilities include: conducting in-home and virtual roof inspections, educating homeowners on roofing systems and the insurance claims process, presenting customized roofing proposals, managing your pipeline through our CRM system, and closing residential roofing contracts (commercial projects also available for top performers). You will be mentored by senior sales leadership and trained on storm damage assessment, insurance claim navigation, and our proven sales process. This role offers uncapped commission potential and a direct path to full-time employment upon separation.
We cover all training materials, tools, and resources at no cost to the service member. Participants are eligible for a full-time Solar Sales Consultant position with uncapped commission upon successful program completion and separation from service.
