A Human Resources Specialist will provide recruiting, onboarding and offboarding procedures, direct personnel to appropriate resources when requiring assistance with pay, employment validation, documentation review and basic administrative questions. A Human Resource specialist will provide support to employees through training, guidance and availability. They will also oversee the development of benefit packages, compensation and records management as well as implementation of human resource policies, procedures and company structure. Length of training/Timeline- Training for this position will be no less than 90 days and no more than 180 days. Timeline will be adjusted based on personnel’s ability to grasp training modules and On-the-Job-Training (OJT).
