Job description:
As an entry-level Network Technician, graduates may support IT and networking teams by assisting with the installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of computer networks and related systems. Typical duties include setting up network hardware, troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting users, maintaining documentation, and assisting with basic network security tasks. Graduates are prepared for roles such as network technician, IT support technician, help desk technician, or junior network support specialist.
This SkillBridge program is provided at no cost to eligible service members. Instructional materials, lab access, and required software tools are provided through the program. Participation is contingent upon command approval and DoD SkillBridge eligibility.
