We are seeking a Field Service Representative to integrate deployable communications capabilities on behalf of Air Combat Command (ACC) A2 to provide warfighters with deployable Air Force Sensitive Compartmented Information (AFSCI) capabilities worldwide. GovCIO manages the hardware and software configurations; develops and provides training; and provides field service support on behalf of ACC. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) FSR you are the primary liaison between the customer and company. You are responsible for the overall function of the deployable communications system for the customer from delivery to deployment. You are the SME in system assembly, installation, and system configuration in accordance with site assessments and schematics. You are the SME in ensuring complete system programming and optimization as part of the installation process and perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing and replacing equipment components, when necessary. You provide on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting. Operate efficiently to conclude all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test activities.• Assembles, installs and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics• Completes system programming and optimization as part of the installation process• Performs routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing and replacing equipment components, when necessary• Provides on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance and limited troubleshooting • Operate efficiently to conclude all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test activities • Perform troubleshooting and strive to resolve issues • Produce frequent and analytical service reports • Team up with colleagues and pass on important information • Discern customer needs and offer advice or recommendations • Formulate relationships of trust with customers• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time• Maintain effective customer communications and relations• May provide onsite training of customer support personnel• Familiar with SATCOM terminals and Networking equipment• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate• Ability to work with the customer on a daily basis to train with the system, deploy the system and troubleshoot the system.• Able to operate independently, self-starter
