Participant must be in the NORVA / NCR area. Secret required, TS/SCI preferred. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution. Strong background in coordinating cross-cutting initiatives. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Experience in risk management and contingency planning. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
