Job description:
Risks Prevention Plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (Personnel and equipment) The maintenance strategy is applied to equipment criticality. Maintenance plans are implemented and include the process influent parameters (including contribution to the control of the process by the implementation, application, and evolution of maintenance plans). Efficiency of interventions is continuously optimized (Analysis of maintenance results and implementation of vital actions in a dynamic of continuous progress over short- and medium-term horizons (Week / Month) Maintenance cost is optimized (operational efficiency, energy, and spare parts consumption, The steps and tools of MMW and standard in orderliness and cleanliness are applied. The adaptability of equipment is ensured by looking after obsolescence cases. Resources are adapted (Proficiency and quantity), Training and succession plans are crafted.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization. Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills. Effective problem-solving skills and process/product relationship knowledge. B.S. degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering field and demonstrated experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment. (Can be substituted for requisite Experience) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office® Suite and ability to become proficient in internal software systems. Familiarity with quality protocols and understanding of ISO requirements is helpful. Attention to detail, data accuracy, use of some type of maintenance management system.
