During it’s growth, Belle’s Blooms has innovated and created bleeding edge hydroponics and aeroponics designs utilizing advanced CAD modeling and 3D printing to manufacture world-first aeroponics systems. The owner of Belle’s Blooms Plants LLC, Joshua Davison is a former active duty and now reserve Air Force NCO Aircrew member. Mr. Davison has been a Formal Training Unit schoolhouse instructor for enlisted aircrew members for the last 12 years, winning NCO and Enlisted Instructor of the year at the squadron, group, wing, and even MAJCOM levels. Mr. Davison attributes a significant portion of his success to the skills he has cultivated during his time serving and wishes to extend this training opportunity to members who are wishing to transition from active duty to the plant/agricultural sector. With over 3000 plants on-site, Belle’s blooms will offer any applicant the opportunity to develop and refine skills that will enable a bright future in this 13 billion dollar industry.
Job description:
Apprentice Growth Specialist. Pay Range: $12-$23 hourly. Duties: Under supervision from Journeyman Growth Specialist or higher; Provides daily care of all plants assigned. Care includes inspection of plants, prompt implementation of countermeasures and quarantine protocols for any developing disease or pests, growth tracking for inventory control, propagation/harvest suitability assessments, and implementation of standard propagation/harvest methods on suitably plants as outlined by Belle’s Blooms Plants LLC. Additionally provides periodic watering, pest prevention, and fertilization services. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 30lbs overhead. Desired skills” In-depth knowledge on best practices regarding growth and propagation/harvest of plants. Detailed understanding of fertilization requirement assessments, fertilization mixing and dosing practices, and reservoir treatment methods.
