Upon completion of this SkillBridge training program, the participant will have completed approximately 400 hours of supervised administrative support training aligned with MEPS operational requirements. The participant will demonstrate documented exposure to and supervised participation in core MEPS administrative functions, including personnel processing, PEAK, correspondence management, records management, timekeeping procedures, mail handling, scheduling support, and office automation operations. The participant will demonstrate understanding of administrative compliance requirements, records management procedures, office professionalism, and organizational accountability within a regulated government environment. Upon completion, the participant will demonstrate the ability to support end-to-end administrative operations under supervision by applying cumulative knowledge across multiple functional areas, validating readiness to function as an Administrative Support Technician within a MEPS or comparable civilian administrative environment in accordance with established policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Serves as an Administrative Support Technician within a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). The incumbent supports administrative operations associated with personnel processing, correspondence management, mail handling, office automation, records management, PEAK training coordination, and command support functions. Duties include assisting military and civilian personnel, maintaining administrative records, supporting leadership scheduling requirements, processing personnel actions, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and administrative procedures.
