Summary description:
The SkillBridge intern will train as an IT/Cloud Security Analyst within Resonant Sciences (RS), reporting to a designated Resonant Sciences supervisor, with the primary goal of exposing the intern to industry. A secondary goal is to achieve a cross-organizational understanding of how industry works. The intern will be assigned special projects as needed.
Job description:
• The three-month long intern program will focus on hands-on Microsoft Azure and O365 security configuration and hardening.o The intern will be able to help administer the day-to-day operations of the in-place applications, infrastructure and security solutions. o Participate in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture, under the direction of the IT Security Manager.• The intern will help maintain up-to-date baselines for the secure configuration and operations of all in place devices (e.g. security tools, workstations, servers, network devices).• The intern will provide support and redundancy for other IT team members in the administration of systems, support of users, contribution toward projects and other similar IT needs that require a strong IT skillset• RS will benefit from the military and experiential background of the SkillBridge intern and considers the SkillBridge internship an overall positive experience.
