The Sunbelt Rentals SkillBridge program is designed to provide a structured training program at any of our locations throughout the United States. This program will provide all the tools to leverage the peer and manager teaching that happens at our branches every day to ensure each Service Member knows what their post transition role is, how to perform that role at the highest level and where to go for help when needed. During the program, Service Members will work to learn through guided on-the-job experience, on-line coursework and regular discussions with leaders. Ultimately, we want Service Members to feel valued for their service, welcomed at Sunbelt Rentals and excited for the opportunities ahead of them, determined to excel in this program.

Our goal with the Sunbelt Rentals SkillBridge program is to provide transitioning Service Members with the opportunity to learn the aspects of the equipment rental industry, the Sunbelt Culture, skills and behaviors that are specific to the jobs we offer.

The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanics, machine maintenance, equipment repair, avionics, electronics, hydraulics, heavy equipment operator, construction equipment repair, light wheel mechanics, engine mechanics, logistics, recruiting, administrative, motor transport, and other backgrounds which may fit into Sunbelt Rentals.
