We are seeking a service member who would spearhead the development and execution of our D&Z product strategies. A key responsibility will be fostering strong customer relationships by directly interacting with team members to understand their needs, cultivate trust, and drive continuous improvement project satisfaction. A core component of this position involves cost, schedule, and technical execution for program delivery. This includes coordinating the preparation of compelling proposals, comprehensive business plans, and detailed specifications. The role requires diligent monitoring of adherence to master plans and schedules, proactively identifying program challenges, and implementing effective solutions. The successful candidate will coordinate resource-loaded schedules and implement Earned Value Measurement System techniques on major programs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. This individual will drive the preparation of strategic proposals, robust business plans, and precise specifications, contributing directly to the success of our programs and the overall growth of our organization.
This position will be located on site at our D&Z Lone Star Division.
