The Windward Equipment Rentals SkillBridge program is designed to provide an exciting hands-on program that will provide all the tools to neccesary to thrive in the fast paced and dynamic equipment rental industry. During the program, Service Members will learn through on-line training, guided on-the-job experience, with daily opportunities in operations, scheduling, maintenance, sales and delivery. Ultimately, Service Members will be prepared to enter and succeed at any level of the rental industry.
Job description:
Training will focus on preparing participants for various roles within an independent rental operation including: Mechanics/ RepairTechnician, Dispatcher, Equipment Sales, Management and delivery operations.
The folloing certiifcations can be achieved:• ARA Certified Mobile Elevating Work Platform Operator - 3A, 3B • ARA Certified Forklift and Telehandler Operator Training and Certification • ARA Certified Professional Driver• ARA Certified Technician • ARA Certified Sales and Marketing Representative

Ideal candidates will have a background in mechanics, maintenance, equipment repair, hydraulics, heavy equipment operator, and motor transport.
