Foster a team-oriented work environment and maintain positive relationships with crew, customers, sales coordinators, warehouse, and sales staff.Coordinate local dispatch activities with the local dispatch team.Comprehensive schedule planning based on available resources.Upholding policies, programs, and procedures for local dispatch operations, including schedules, rates, proper uniform standards, routes, assignment of drivers and vehicles, and other HHGs operational activities.Submits recommendations for development of, and compliance with, transportation policies, procedures, and programs.Ensures compliance to agreements and contracts entered into by the company.Manages schedules of available agents, contractors and/or vehicles for local HHGs supporting service needs.Works directly with the Safety & Compliance department and driver fleet to ensure compliance, adherence to regulations, permit requirements, licensing and driver qualification.Collaborates with Operations Team and Trainer to monitor the proficiency of the crews and recommends process improvements and training solutions to enhance the service to the client.Reviews and analyzes reports, such as revenue and performance records, and seat occupancy patterns to secure information for recommended process improvements.Monitor activities and adherence by driver fleet of regulatory and company policies, programs, and procedures for local household goods operations
