The Agiliti SkillBridge Medical Equipment Technician (MET) Training Plan is designed to prepare service members for a career in medical equipment maintenance and repair. Over 12–24 weeks, interns train alongside highly experienced senior technicians and instructors, gaining practical experience inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of biomedical equipment such as hospital beds, infusion pumps, patient monitors, and vital signs devices. The program combines computer based training and hands-on training with progressive competency verification, real work order documentation, and ongoing one-on-one coaching. Training takes place in district offices and healthcare facilities, equipping interns with job-ready technical skills, safety knowledge, and professional experience to support long-term success at Agiliti.
