The Land Law Examiner reviews applications and case files. Review land descriptions, review amendments, determine selected lands are available for conveyance under ANCSA. The work involves the execution of specific rules, regulations, or procedures. The work of the employee affects the accuracy, reliability, or acceptability of further processes or services of the immediate office unit. Personal contacts are with employees of State and Federal agencies, the public, bureau employees at various levels. The work is predominantly sedentary although there is some walking, stooping, and bending involved when searching for records. The work is performed in an office environment.
