The Hanok Search Fund Internship Program seeks to train outgoing service members how to pursue Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (EtA). The internship takes them through a 3-6 month program where they will learn best practices in searching for, acquiring, and leading a high quality business after their service to our country. CEO / Owner / Operator of a lower middle market business (typically $2-10M in Rev w/ anywhere from 5 to 100+ employees).

1. Completion of a 2 year degree (preference for those who have completed a 4 year degree) 2. Minimum of 3 months to participate in the Internship 3. Achieved the rank of E6 or higher 4. At least 4 years of service history.
