Job description:
This opportunity will work with participants to train them to be successful in three core areas that are vital to success: Addressing the user (Customer Service), Addressing the problem (Technical), and Setting your peers up for success (Attention to detail/Process compliance). To do this, we will give you real-world experience in a number of different technical environmentsAll work can be performed remotely and shifts other than first shift are available up request.
