Job description:
Participants will be immersed in the day-to-day environment of a professional real estate brokerage while gaining exposure to the structure and flow of real estate transactions. The role includes working through real-world scenarios involving contracts and transaction documents, understanding how agents represent clients, and observing how a real estate business is built and maintained. Participants will engage with experienced professionals to gain insight into professional standards, decision-making, and best practices that guide successful real estate careers. This role is designed to provide practical context and industry exposure for individuals preparing to enter the real estate field.
Training will take place at our North Central Stone Oak office.

Participants must either hold an active real estate license or be willing and eligible to obtain a real estate license in accordance with state requirements. Any licensing, board, and association fees associated with licensure are the responsibility of the participant.
