Job description:

In this role the Participant will build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensure alignment on role requirements and deliver a high-quality hiring experience. Participants at this level are expected to develop sourcing strategies, leverage tools and networks to identify talent, and maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates.
