Job description:
As the Chief People Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the people strategy for the company. As a member of the executive team, the CPO will be responsible for building and sustaining a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. This position will oversee all aspects of people operations, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and HR compliance while aligning these functions with the company's mission and strategic objectives.
