Own and manage the business risk and opportunity log. Ensure mitigations and capture strategies are successfully achieved. Manage and issue departmental budgets and provide associated reporting. Work closely with other departmnets to ensure financial practices align with organizational goals and support business operations. Track contract performance, deadlines, deliverables and payments. Own and manage the training program. Work with managers to assess training needs and design training programs.
