Job description:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling.Coordinate inspector schedules and communicate with clients about services.Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and social media engagement.Ability to convert call inquiries into appointments by describing our services and the benefits of using our company.Qualifications:Customer Service Experience: 4+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or scheduling.Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, and other communication tools.
