Performs nursing and program consultation and technical assistance for public and private institutions and agencies on the provision of health services; plans, develops, organizes, monitors, and evaluates programs and studies on the delivery of health services; develops and evaluates program standards, policies & procedures, develops and coordinates training programs; evaluate the nursing and related components of a nationwide program; evaluate and ensure nationwide program consistency; provide professional guidance to nursing and other health professional staff. Stay current with all applicable regulations and standards in the healthcare industry, ensuring that facilities are in compliance with all relevant requirements. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in clinical services and resident outcomes. Assists in the Development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures that conform to current standards of nursing practice, facility philosophy, and operational policies while guiding compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge of principles, techniques, methods, and procedures of current nursing practices; epidemiology and methods of health promotion and disease prevention concepts and methods of control of communicable diseases; current philosophies and patterns of nursing education; principles and methods of consultation; group process and problem solving; research principles and methodology; roles, responsibilities, and interrelationships of the various health disciplines and health agencies; trends in health care delivery systems ; functions of social and health agencies; cultural and sociological patterns as they affect health programs; State and Federal legislation related to health services. Ability to effectively provide consultation and technical assistance; establish and maintain the confidence and cooperation of those personnel within the department and in other social and health agencies; analyze situations accurately and take effective action; be flexible in approach to the solution of problems; communicate effectively; prepare reports.

Platform usage metrics Monitor and evaluate company trends for prospecting needs. Based on industry trends, work and strategize with other departments to come up with ideas that’ll best support company goals. Make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on system and needs. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new opportunities. Document conversations and information provided to and for clients. Build and solidify relationships with clients through interaction on assigned accounts. 15 % - Specialized Maintenance & Quality Control Monitor state and federal regulations nationwide management. Helping organize and maintain software compliance nationwide. Handle vendor/purchasing transactions such as obtaining quotes, placing orders, payment submissions, tracking and corrections. Responsible for other administrative duties as required within the department.
Training on Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. MDS Training and Competency Certification – 6.0 CEUs. Unlimited access to CEUs to maintain nursing license.
