• Apply varied instructional and learning theories and practices to mentor and instruct technically exact material, demanding processes, and strict adherence to instructions and regulations.• Serve as subject matter expert in the assessment of existing lessons and development of curriculum for new lessons as required.• Maintain an expert level of knowledge to instruct basic qualification, refresher, and instructor upgrade courses.• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent.• Minimum of 200 hours USAF Instructor time in the C-130J, AC-130J, HC-130J or MC-130J airframe.• Candidates will be subject to frequent written and performance evaluations to levels of expert knowledge and instructional ability.• Applicants must be willing and able to work varying shifts, weekend, and in outdoors conditions as required.• Applicants will be subject to a US Government security investigation and must be able to obtain/maintain the required security clearance (Secret).
