We provide measurement and control solutions, along with technical expertise to a wide range of manufacturing industries.We are looking for an individual who possesses the ability to work with their hands, is technically inclined and has a strong desire to succeed while delivering world-class service and support. The successful candidate will be professionally installing, maintaining and troubleshooting process measurement and control systems/products within remote industrial manufacturing locations.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop an understanding of our product line and the services we provide.Use problem-solving and technical skills to commission, test, troubleshoot and/or repair process measurement and control systems and products along with related equipment.Provide excellent customer experience while maintaining a safe work environment.Evaluate job site requirements and communicate with customers to through each phase of the process.Provides customer training regarding proper system operation and maintenance.Manage the administrative processes including parts/tools inventory and appropriate documentation.Ensure that the highest quality of service is provided to promote superior customer satisfaction.Adhere to safety guidelines and requirements.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to understand electrical and mechanical engineering drawings for proper installation and troubleshooting of systems and equipmentMust be able to use a common voltmeter to aid in the troubleshooting process Must be familiar with electrical componentsBasic Computer Skills and knowledge of electrical diagnostic techniques20 years of age or older with valid U.S. Driver License and good driving recordPass thorough criminal history background check and maintain a Drug-Free workplaceWilling to Travel and Work Flexible Hours, including Weekends and Holidays
