Job description:
The Retail Operations Manager trainee will work alongside experienced store leadership to learn all aspects of running a high-volume shipping and business services retail location. Daily responsibilities include processing shipments via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS; managing customer interactions; operating the PostalMate POS system; supervising staff; handling cash and inventory; and supporting local marketing efforts. This role directly prepares service members for civilian careers in retail management, logistics, and small business operations.

Open to all branches and components. Participants must have commanding officer approval to participate in SkillBridge. No prior retail or shipping experience required.
